Jonathan hails from Canada where he grew up in the Toronto area and did his seminary training at Wycliffe College at the University of Toronto. He and his wife Christina, along with their four children, moved to Orlando in January 2023. When he’s not pastoring he likes to spend time with his family, golf, and read.

Rob has served as Rector in four parishes, most recently in Winter Park Florida. As a retired priest he enjoyed serving as Interim for Emmanuel and continues to serve as the Retired Associate. Rob was born in Washington D.C., growing up as the son of an Episcopal priest. He graduated from Nashotah House Theological Seminary in 1980, and Fuller Seminary in 2001.

Rob and his wife Nancy have two grown children and three grandchildren. They enjoy traveling and visiting with their extended family.

Gavan came to Emmanuel from Gainesville where he earned his Bachelor of Music in organ performance from the University of Florida and served as organist at First United Methodist Church, Gainesville. In addition to leading the music ministry at Emmanuel Gavan has been involved with a number of other professional ensembles, and occasionally works as a music producer, having studied under Grammy Award Winner Dr. Jose Valentino Ruiz. Apart from ministry Gavan enjoys cycling, hiking, kayaking, and gardening.

Serving children of all ages and their families has always been a passion for Tricia. After graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a degree in education she spent nearly three decades as a teacher and director of a pre-school before coming to Emmanuel in the summer of 2023. Here she oversees ministry to children including our afterschool program, Afternoons at Emmanuel. Tricia has been a resident of Winter Park, Florida since the early 1970s. She and her husband Mark have four children and four grandchildren.
