Join us for “Emerald Crossing” VBS for kids age upcoming Kindergarten through graduating 5th graders. We also encourage youth 6th grade and up to volunteer as Junior Rangers. Vacation Bible School meets daily at Emmanuel Episcopal Church, across the street from Audubon Park School from June 15-19, 9a.m. to noon.

What is Emerald Crossing VBS?

Emerald Crossing VBS invites Campers of all ages to learn about the life of David while answering the question, “Is there a God who cares?” Answers in Genesis VBS 2026.

In a world filled with worry and confusion, kids need to know there is a God who cares for them. At Emerald Crossing VBS, the kids will journey through Ireland’s lush landscapes, exploring the powerful words of Psalm 23. They will discover the life of the shepherd-king David and will learn how to cross from anxiety to peace, from fear to faith, and from uncertainly to a firm foundation in God’s Word through a relationship with the Good Shepherd. Get your passport ready for Ireland and join the adventure!

Through the story of David and daily hands-on experiences, children learn to move from fear to faith and from worry to God’s peace. With adorable animal pals like Mia the Connemara Sheep and Shadow the Raven, plus high-energy games and unforgettable songs, kids stay engaged and encouraged all week long.

Children will rotate through different activities which include Flock Talk Bible Time: where God’s Word is taught in hands-on ways. Great Meadow Games: where kids will play plenty of exciting games with fun new twists, Celtic Corner Science and Crafts: Kids are bedazzled by making special craft and science creations of their own. Top o’ the Mornin’ Missions, Music, and Memory Verses: Kids can sing songs, commit the verses to memory with fun games, or go in-depth with the mission moment featuring Children’s Hunger Fund. Still Water Snacks: Kids will feast on tantalizing treats and eats. At 11:45am, the children will journey back to our daily closing celebration.
