Summers at Emmanuel offers summer care with compassion, structure and professionalism.
Summer camp is an environment that encourages our children in faith, friendship, and flourishing.

Space Is Limited To 20 Children
Payment is due upon registration. The card on file will be charged but may take up to 5 business days from the time of registration. An invoice is emailed to you for your records. It will show a zero balance as proof of payment and confirmation your registration is complete.
Bring a lunch and refillable water bottle.

THE GREAT OUTDOORS
This is a 4-day camp running Tuesday through Friday at a cost of $200/week. We will have an un-bear-able good time as we enjoy the great outdoors. We will go on a bear hunt, picnic with our friends, have a cookout and build campsites like a pro!

Week 3 - June 12*
FOOD TRUCK FOODIES
No lunches necessary! The kids will be divided into 4 groups of 5 to become our ‘Chef’s for a Day.’ Each group will be assigned a day to prepare lunch for the group. Lunches will include tacos, spaghetti, subs, and quesadillas. Friday’s lunch will be delivered by Dominos so that everyone can enjoy water day. ADVICE: This is NOT the camp for picky eaters.

From the deep dark ocean to Ma’ and Pa’s farm, we will investigate creatures of all sizes.

Every FRIDAY we will have a large inflatable water slide! Please apply sunscreen at home
and make sure your child has a bathing suit, towel, and dry set of clothes.

Frequently Asked Questions
I registered my child but didn’t get a confirmation. Why?
The card you submitted when registering will be charged within 3 to 5 days AFTER the registration has been approved.
The first time you register, you will receive two emails. The first will be a Welcome Letter with a link to our Parent Portal so you may create your account. The second email will be your invoice. The invoice is your confirmation that payment has been collected and enrollment is complete.
Returning families will receive just the email enclosing the paid invoice for your records.
I added my credit card when I registered. Why am I getting an invoice?

What is the refund policy for camps?
Cancellations received IN WRITING BY 8:30 am, TWO WEEK BEFORE CAMP will receive a 100% refund. Example: Camp starts on Monday, June 5 at 8:30 am; written cancellation must be received by Monday, May 22 at 8:30 am to receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations received IN WRITING BY 8:30 am, ONE WEEK BEFORE CAMP will receive a 50% refund. Example: Camp starts on Monday, June 5 at 8:30 am; written cancellation must be received by Monday, May 29 at 8:30 am to receive a 50% refund.
There will be no refund if notice is received after the 1-week window described above or if your child is a no-show.

Themed activities occur during the hours of 10 am to 4 pm with structured free-play before and after this time window.
What do I need to know about Fun Fridays?
I don’t need all five days of camp. Can I just send my child for one or two days?
