Summer camp is an environment that encourages our children in faith, friendship, and flourishing.
Registration and Payment Information
Payment is due upon registration. There is a one time, non-refundable $25.00 administrative fee per child. The card on file will be charged within 3-5 business days of registration. An invoice is emailed to you for your records. It will show a zero balance as proof of payment and confirmation your registration is complete.
Materials, Snacks, Friday Pizza, Special Guests, Art and Game Supplies are all included.

Half Day Camp (Noon-6) – Week 3 – June 16 – 20
COST: $210/week
Vacation Bible School (VBS) – 9am-Noon
COST w/ VBS: $235/week (Five Day Camp) (June 16-20)
Note: 8:30am Early Morning Arrival included
Four Day Camp (M,T,W,Th) – Week 5 – June 30 – July 3

June 2-6: Under The Sea/Beach Blast
During this week, children will have fun in the sun, learning about beach safety, ocean conservation and participating in beach-themed games & craft activities. Learn about marine life and ocean habitats, highlighting Sea Turtles and Manatees. We will discuss Conservation and how we can be friends of the ocean. Let’s go on a Sea Turtle Egg Hunt! Art activities daily, which include Rainbow Fish Weaving and Beach Art. Friday we will celebrate the week with Water Day!
June 9-13: Lights, Camera, Action
During this week, children will have their creative performing side brought to light! We will sing, dance, create sets/prop designs, skit writing and performing. Part of this week’s fun will include music and singing time with Emmanuel Organist Gavan McVey and learn about famous performers! On Friday we will bring it all together in a performance for families and friends at 5:00pm in the Parish Hall.
June 16-20: VBS CAMP – True North/Afternoons Camp: Mountain Exploration
VBS Week 2: June 9-13: VBS (morning 9-12) Camp (afternoon 12-6)
VBS(9-Noon) – True North, “Trusting Jesus in a Wild World” & Afternoons Camp(12-6) – Mountain Exploration. During this week, children can participate in the Emmanuel Episcopal Church VBS fun. After VBS dismissal, the children will go to the Parish Hall for lunch. After lunch we will go exploring the cold mountains of the North. Discovering all the cool animals that live there, playing exciting games, and creating amazing art! Painting Mountains with Bob Ross (via DVD), 3-D Bear Art, Going on a winter bear hunt and play winter games in June, Charades…What kind of animal am I? Just to name a few. Important: Bring your blanket, pillow and favorite stuffie this week for some cozy down time in the Storytime area in the afternoon.
June 23 – 27: Dino Week/Jurassic Park
During this week, children will dig into the exciting world of Dinosaurs!!! We will “go on an excavation” in the courtyard, create cool Dino art, learn all kinds of facts and trivia about Dinosaurs AND make something new…Dinosaur Sand Slime, and so much more! On Friday bring a Dinosaur Book or Toy from home to share.
June 30 – July 3: Celebrations Around the World
During this week, children will discover the excitement of how countries/people celebrate with food around the world! Let’s discover delicious cuisine from France, Italy, Spain, Caribbean/Jamacia, Australia, North & South America! We will have lots of fun creating and sampling different types of food dishes. We will also play games that children from around the world play. Art activities include bird making, creating with pasta, kangaroo & platypus art and so much more!
July 7-11: Fantasy Week/Magical Creatures/Castles
During this week, children will have lots of fun immersing into the magical world of Fairytales, Magical Creatures, Castles and more…bringing the magic of Fairytales to life! There will be Wicked Day, Medieval Times Day and Harry Potter Day! We will have many creative art activities such as creating a dragon mobile and designing and building your own magical creature! Small groups will write and perform their very own fairytale. Friday is Castle Building. Design and build your own Castle (large or small) out of a variety of recycled materials. At pick-up time the children can take their families through the Parish Hall to see all of their creations!
July 14-18: Let’s Take a Trip on Planes, Trains, Boats and Automobiles
During this week, the children will take a trip “in their imagination” on Planes, Trains, Boats and Automobiles! Children will choose their mode of transportation, plan their trip and make an itinerary. We will have lots of hands-on activities related to transportation including small group building with different materials to build their dream travel destination, painting with match box cars, creating paper airplanes, designing your own passports (complete with photos!), building cities with boxes for our vehicles to travel through…and so much more! On Friday we will celebrate our travels with Water Day!
July 21-25: Wild Kingdom
During this week, children will learn all about different kinds of WILD animals that live in WILD places!! We will go from the swamp to the jungle to the Savannah and back to our safe camp! This week’s fun will include sock puppet animals, animal charades, silly monkey antics, awesome alligator art and so much more!
July 28- August 1: Lost in Space/Space Exploration
During this week, children will blast off into the universe and will learn about the cosmos and space exploration! We will also learn about the solar system and different planets, the world of astronauts and creating fun space themed crafts. Solar System Mobiles, cardboard rocket ships, Galaxy Playdough, Aliens in Spaceships and experience other celestial adventures! Friday, we will sleep under the “stars”! Bring blankets, stuffie and flashlights!

What will my child need to bring each day?
What are the daily camp hours?
Themed activities occur during the hours of 10 am to 4 pm with structured free-play before and after this time window.
I don’t need all five days of camp. Can I just send my child for one or two days?
Because our camps are usually at capacity, we do not allow advanced single-day registrations. However, you are welcome to check in on Monday to see if there is any availability for that week. If so, there is a daily drop-in rate of $75/day
